Creating a course

Creating an organization comes before creating a course, if you don't have one yet, see Creating an organization for more information.

What are courses?

In OpExams, courses are the main unit of organization. They are the place where you can create and manage your exams, assignments, and other learning materials. You can also create groups of students and teachers, and assign them to the course.

Creating a course

1. From the left menu, click on the Courses tab.

2. Click on the Add course button in the top right corner.

3. Fill in the Course title field.

4. Upload a cover image for the course by clicking on the Upload course cover button. Make sure the image fits nicely in the square frame.

5. Click on the Create course button.

6. You will be redirected to the course page. Your next step will be setting up the learning outcomes for the course. See Learning outcomes for more information.
