In OpExams, students are organized into groups, a group can be a classroom, a course, a team, etc.
From the left menu, go to Student groups.
Students will be separated into groups. Each group represented by card. Students that are not in any group will be shown in the Ungrouped card.
Click on the Add student group button.
Enter the group name and click on the Add button.
Now that the group is created you can add students to it. There are multiple ways to add students to a group, covered in the following articles:
From the student groups page, hover over the group you want to rename and click on the menu icon.
Click on the Rename button.
Enter the new name and click on the Rename button.
From the student groups page, hover over the group you want to rename and click on the menu icon.
Click on the Delete button.
You will decide what to do with the students inside the group. If you want to delete them from the system, select the Delete students option. If you want to keep them in the system, select the Keep students option.
If you decide to keep the students, they will be moved to the Ungrouped collection.
